Head Coach Ken Laumann is married and has two daughters, he attended Dedham high school in the town of Dedham Massachusetts. While at Dedham High School he played football, baseball and hockey. He was a running back on offense, a monster back on defense and was a kick returner.
Ken was accepted at Berwick Academy in Maine to play football, but he opted to join the military.
Upon completion of his military obligation, he worked for the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, located in Boston Mass. He played football in the Boston Men's Football league, he coached Pop Warner football and Freshman Football at Dedham High School. Ken attended Northeastern University at night taking courses in Criminal Justice and working towards a degree.
Ken and his family moved to Vermont in 1982, so that he could become a member of the Vermont State Police. While working for the State Police, Ken was also a member of the State Police Hockey team and softball teams. These teams would play other police agency's from throughout the east coast and Canada. Ken was also one of the first members of the State Police to organize fund-raisers for the Vermont Special Olympics. Ken was an asst football coach at Mount Anthony High School from 1988 until 2002. He was an asst coach for four different head coaches during that time, while only winning one State Championship in Div 1. Ken has coached the running backs, defensive backs, linebackers and special teams. He was also the defensive coordinator for his last two years at Mount Anthony. Ken was an Asst coach for the Storm last year.
Thomas Otero graduated from Mt. Anthony Union High School, Bennington Vermont in 1972. During high school he played on the varsity baseball, wrestling and football teams. He was an all-league and all-state football player setting the school record for tackles in a game, season and career. He graduated from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health in 1976. While at Norwich he was a member of the Varsity Lacrosse team. After graduation he was employed by the Town of Bennington in the Parks and Recreation Department. He transferred to the Bennington Police Dept. as a Patrol officer where he retired after 10 years of service with the rank of Sergeant. For the past twenty years he has been employed at Mt. Anthony Union High School as a Physical Education and Health teacher. He is the head coach of the Varsity Girls lacrosse team and Middle School football team. Coach Otero and his wife Linda reside in Bennington with their three teenage children, Walt, Bridgett and Felicia. During his free time Coach Otero enjoys travel, sports and music.

I played for Waterville High for three years 1993-1995, winning two Eastern Maine Championships and was an All State DB. Played one year at Sacred Heart University 1996 as a reciver. Then spent last year coaching the Southern Vermont Storm Speacial Teams.

I have been with Bennington Rescue for 10 years as an EMT-I, and have done over 4,350 calls with the rescue squad. I am a lawyer, and teach law full time at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY and Forensics at Community College of Vermont. I love football and pray for a safe season for all. Being the team trainer/medic is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life!! Go Storm.
Graduated from Mt. Anthony Union High School in 1994. He was an All-League and All-State Football player and played in the 1994 VT/NH Shrine game. Coach Gaudette was also on the Wrestling team finishing 2nd in the Vermont State Championship in the Heavyweight division.
Coach Gaudette was an Asst. Varsity football coach for Mt. Anthony Union High School from 1996 until 2000. Coach Gaudette is currently Head Coach for the Middle School football program in Bennington. Frank is the current Head coach of the Middle School wrestling program. Frank enjoys hunting, camping, fishing, and sports. Frank works at Mack Molding in Arlington, Vermont and currently resides in Bennington with his wife Lisa and children, Samantha, Christopher, and Hayden.
